1. Overview & Service Scope
ContractorInvoice provides free, unbranded trade contractor invoice templates, client billing worksheets, and QR code payment generator tools. The service is provided completely free of charge for independent contractors, trade professionals, and commercial service businesses.
2. Payment Processing Disclaimer
ContractorInvoice is not a bank, payment processor, or money transmitter. Dynamic payment QR codes generated on our invoices utilize standard URI protocols for third-party networks (such as Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and PayPal). All transactions occur exclusively between you and your client through your selected payment provider. ContractorInvoice holds zero custody of funds and charges zero transaction fees.
3. Tax & Accounting Disclaimer
Invoice line items, sales tax percentage calculators, and material markup estimates are provided for convenience only. You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with local state licensing board requirements, mechanics lien statutes, and sales tax remittance regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContractorInvoice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from payment delays, billing discrepancies, or disputes between contractors and their clients.
